A Knight to Remember can be seen at many area renaissance and cultural festivals. Combining the best of the classroom program and the equine exhibition, festival audiences will be both entertained and educated as they learn about the military and peacetime role of a knight. Between scheduled demonstrations, a colorful encampment display allows patrons to explore the knight's environment as if they had traveled back in time!
The arms and equipment of the knight are fully explained and demonstrated showing the abilities and limitations of an armored soldier. Like the classroom program, audience members will be asked to participate in the show as well. The highlight is of course the equine exhibition demonstrating how the knight and his charger trained for combat in an age when swords and honor ruled the day!
